Monshiro was an anthropomorphic bear and the lifelong assistant of General Oyaneko.
Character History[]
Monshiro accompanied Oyaneko throughout his life, even into his forced retirement as magistrate of a small town. Monshiro could see how beloved his master was by the townspeople, but also how his change of status and illness made him despondant. Monshiro interrupted the attempted death of his master at the hands of Miyamoto Usagi, and his concern for his master helped to show Oyaneko the high esteem he was held in by his people.
